The island is four miles long and has a population of approximately 1500 people. Surrounded by crystal blue waters, fringed with swaying palm trees and white sandy streets, Caye Caulker has a true Caribbean island get-a-way feel.

There are many ways to enjoy your stay here. Snorkel or dive the beautiful crystal waters of Belize and get a glimpse of some amazing underwater scenery. We are only a five minute boat ride from the beautiful barrier reef, second largest in the world which forms part of the Caye Caulker Marine Reserve.
Why not kayak around the island, or take some kite surf lessons from our certified instructors. Sailing and windsurfing are also a popular water sport offered here on Caye Caulker. If you are not feeling quite so energetic, you can spend a lazy day at the 'Split' located at the far North of the island where you can swim, snorkel or sunbathe while sipping on a cocktail served at the Lazy Lizard beach bar - a popular spot for both locals and visitors alike.
For the bird lovers, we have a vast array of resident and migratory species here on the island. Guided tours are available, so bring your binoculars! If you are a keen fisherman you can take a trip out with one of the local tour guides, or simply throw your hook and line from one of our many wooden piers that run along the island.
